Last updated: 19 May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and related communications operated by GROWTH IGNITION, LDA, trading as Growth Ignition (“Growth Ignition”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing www.growth-ignition.com or contacting us through our forms or messaging channels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and works together with these Terms.

1. Who we are

GROWTH IGNITION, LDA is a company incorporated in Portugal, trading as Growth Ignition.

2. What we provide

Our website presents information about Growth Ignition’s services, including growth and sales-related offerings for retail and B2B contexts (such as Amazon-related programmes and AI-assisted outreach workflows, as described on the site). Specific scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed separately in proposals, statements of work, order forms, or other contracts.

Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer, guarantee of results, or professional advice (legal, tax, or otherwise) unless we expressly confirm it in a signed agreement.

3. Accepting these Terms

By using the website, submitting a contact form, or messaging our business channels (including WhatsApp where applicable), you confirm that you have read these Terms and that you meet the eligibility requirements in section 4.

If you enter into a separate commercial agreement with us, that agreement controls for the matters it covers; these Terms still apply to your use of the website and to any matter not covered by that agreement.

4. Eligibility

Our website and business services are aimed at companies and professional users. You represent that you have authority to bind yourself or the organisation you represent when you enquire about services or enter into a contract with us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website or our communication channels in any way that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, APIs, or data;
  • introduce malware, overload or disrupt our infrastructure, or interfere with other users;
  • scrape, harvest, or automate access to our website in a way that impairs service or breaches our policies or robots directives;
  • impersonate Growth Ignition or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules are breached.

6. Contact, enquiries, and messaging

When you contact us via the website, email, WhatsApp, or other channels we operate, you agree that we may respond, qualify enquiries, and use tooling (including automation and AI-assisted workflows) to process and reply, as further described in our Privacy Policy and any commercial agreement you may have with us.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Do not send confidential or regulated data unless we have agreed secure channels and arrangements in advance.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by Growth Ignition or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where mandatory law allows otherwise, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit to us (for example in enquiry forms). You grant us a licence to use that content to respond to you, operate our business, and deliver agreed services.

8. Third-party platforms and services

Our website may reference or integrate third-party services (including hosting, analytics, CRM, automation, AI providers, and Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

9. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the website at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Growth Ignition and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the website or these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the website and these Terms (other than liability arising from a separate signed commercial agreement) shall not exceed one hundred (100) euros or the maximum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Growth Ignition and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

12. Suspension and changes to the website

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice where practicable but are not obliged to maintain any particular feature.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where mandatory law requires a different process.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable, the courts of Lisboa, Portugal, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms and your use of the website.
